Our teams at the Mumbai and Pune Studios are focused on building expertise in mobile and console gaming, while our quality control team is dedicated to ensuring a high quality on games.
UBISOFT PUNE
Established in 2008, Ubisoft Pune is one of the largest and most creative video game studios in... the country. With a team of 1,200+ talents, Ubisoft Pune is growing both in numbers and in expertise. Over the years, the studio also became the second-largest Quality Control department within the Ubisoft group. The studio includes the latest technology and innovations in its processes to foster higher quality of its games. The QC teams work in synergy and manage various testing cycles, including mobile and console functionality testing, compatibility, and compliance. The studio houses a fully- integrated production team working on co-development of several AAA Ubisoft titles. Some of the expertise showcased by Pune producers are art production, level design, sound design, game programming, and VFX & animation to name a few.
UBISOFT MUMBAI
Ubisoft Mumbai was established in October 2018. Located in a dynamic city with a creative... talent pool that fits perfectly within the Ubisoft DNA. The studio has grown quickly and is currently working on exciting projects. The studio has a full-fledged AAA production team, focusing on co-development of AAA Ubisoft titles. Ubisoft Mumbai is striving towards building a gaming ecosystem in India by partnering with top schools and creating a strong network of creative talents in the country.
UBISOFT INDIA R&D UNIT
Ubisoft announced its first R&D Unit in India at the IIT Bombay Research Park. The R&D Unit was inaugurated... in June 2018 with an aim to leverage industry-academia collaboration. Our team works closely with the faculty and students from IIT Bombay on several research projects. They focus on fields including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Data Analytics, Predictive Modelling, Game Test & Tool Automation. Our aim is to become the first-choice platform partner for in-house R&D and innovation projects.

We’ve been able to grow & drive change as we’re constantly focused on building excellence, innovating & performing. We’re proud to have contributed to Ubisoft’s global success through our co-development projects & collaborations with Ubisoft studios worldwide.
