Yes, we do! We have a comprehensive relocation program for anyone who is relocating to our studio locations in Pune and Mumbai. This includes benefits towards travel, packers and movers and much more depending on the role.

We have always believed in a strong employee wellbeing ecosystem. During the pandemic, we introduced specific leaves for employees in case they or their family members needed covid care. We conducted vaccination drives for our employees and will continue to do so for future vaccination needs too. For employees visiting the studio, safety protocols have been put in place to ensure safe distancing, sanitization and masking always. Our overall working ethos is focused on supporting the work-life balance of the employees, especially in the Virtual working environment.
Ubisoft India provides its employees with a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program. We have created a safe space for our employees to consult with mental health professionals and seek help whenever they feel the need to do so. We often conduct sessions with industry experts focused on mental health and meditation to help our employees relax and reduce work and covid related stress. Over the last 2 years, we have also supported our employees with a free subscription to an online medical consultation service in case of any health needs.
