OUR PARTNERSHIPS
The Transgender Welfare Equity and Empowerment Trust (TWEET) Foundation, a community-based organization based out of New Delhi and Mumbai, was established by trans activists to serve the young trans movement in the country. As a pioneer in India, TWEET represents equal partnership among transmen & transwomen. The organization came in existence to support work specifically on issues that had not been addressed in other larger HIV or advocacy programmes in the country before.
Our partnership with TWEET Foundation is aimed at supporting the training of trainers (ToT) from the transgender community for conducting career readiness programs – the SkillMATE program. These trainers trained under SkillMATE would then be responsible for the training of 20 transgender candidates by skilling them in specific trades and empowering them through placement support as well. The aim is to ensure that the community is provided with the necessary resources and skills to lead an Independent and self-sufficient life – through access to the job market.
This partnership has allowed us to correlate social responsibility towards community with our D&I objectives to help build awareness and equip the workplace to be truly rooted in diversity, equal opportunity, inclusivity, belonging, and safety.

Green Yatra is a leading environmental NGO in India working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through tree plantation, urban biodiversity conservation, water bodies restoration, sustainable solutions, and environmental research and awareness. GreenYatra aims to increase the ‘Urban Green Cover’ of cities by utilizing their specialization in native species plantation – with the vision of “1 million trees by 2030”.
We partnered with Green Yatra on this journey to plant 7000+ trees in the ’Miyawaki Method’ of plantation invented by Japanese botanist and expert in plant ecology- Dr Akira Miyawaki. This unique and innovative plantation concept uses native seeds and has been proven to work worldwide irrespective of climate and soil conditions. This project will help us contribute to urban forestation in Pune, and work on neutralizing our carbon footprint progressively. This ‘Ubisoft India Forest’ will help us do our bit to enhance urban biodiversity, recharge ground water, and contribute towards climate change mitigation.
